About Us
Pint Sized Cabins, LLC was started in 2011 to serve tenants in the Fairbanks and North Pole areas.
Our tenants love the 10 acres to roam with their pets. Many are nurses, teachers or military personnel serving in the Fairbanks North Star Burough.

Greg and Glenda Brownwood
Greg and Glenda are Cheri’s parents.
These kind and gracious folks are the caretakers of the Pint Sized Cabins property.

Jason & Cheri Weed
Living nearly all their lives in North Pole, Jason and Cheri Weed are the owners of Pint Sized Cabins, LLC.
They have 3 children.
